Phnom Penh, Cambodia – August 29, 2025 – Intercare Hospital and Devalda Medical Center have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), establishing a strategic partnership to enhance patient outcomes and advance healthcare services in Cambodia.
The MoU was formally signed by Dr. Ebner Yoon, Deputy CEO of Intercare Hospital, and Dr. Tan Indravina, Managing Director of Devalda Medical Center.This agreement outlines a collaborative framework focused on expanding access to quality healthcare, introducing advanced medical expertise and technologies, and developing joint initiatives to strengthen patient care, wellness programs, and long-term healthcare sustainability.
