She obtained her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from International University, Cambodia, in 2017, and has accumulated over six years of experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Dr. Vottey is also experienced in Postpartum Intrauterine Device (PPIUD) insertion and safe abortion care, contributing to patient safety, informed choice, and reproductive autonomy.
